Dosage:
Take 2 capsules in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening daily for 20 days before the expected date of your next period or as advised by a healthcare professional.
In general, start taking Phytocyclan 7 to 10 days after the end of your last period and continue until the onset of the next one.
Precautions for use:
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Keep out of reach of young children.

Marine magnesium oxide, Lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis), Hibiscus flower extract (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Chaste Tree fruit extract (Vitex agnus-castus), Vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate of vegetable origin and silicon dioxide.
Capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose of vegetable origin.
