Why is the number of boxes per order limited?
For logistical reasons, we currently limit orders to three boxes per order—either three individual boxes or one pack—regardless of the delivery destination (France or international). For larger orders, please feel free to contact us.
Quels sont les frais de ports et livrez-vous à l'international ?
We accept orders from within the European Union. Shipments are handled by Colissimo – La Poste.
For deliveries to mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, and Andorra, shipping is free for orders over €38. Below this amount, a flat fee of €4.99 applies.
For international shipments, the following flat rates apply:
Overseas Territories – Zone 1: €12.65
Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Martin (French part), French Guiana.
Overseas Territories – Zone 2: €12.85
French Southern and Antarctic Lands, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna.
Europe (International): €14.25
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Vatican City.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) only. Secure payments are processed through the Stripe platform.
Why does the total price including tax vary by destination country?
Since 2021, e-commerce businesses based in a European Union member state must apply the VAT rate of the buyer’s country (based on the delivery address within the EU).
Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of tax. When you enter your delivery address at checkout, the applicable VAT rate is automatically adjusted. As a result, the total price (incl. tax) varies depending on the destination country.
Where is my order?
We usually process orders within 48 hours. A Colissimo tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped. You can also track the status of your order through your customer account. Delivery times are approximately 5 days for France, and 7 to 10 days for Overseas Territories and international destinations.
What is your return policy?
You have 28 working days from receipt of your order to return it to us (return shipping costs at your expense), provided that the product has not been opened.

We will issue a refund within 14 working days from the date we receive your return, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
If the return is due to a non-compliant product, return shipping costs will be covered by us, and you will be refunded the full amount of your order.
